Role Description:
As an Executive Assistant/Administrative Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the executives and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks will be essential in this role. If you are a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Administrative Duties:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Arrange travel and accommodations for executives
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Handling the company's credit cards for purchases
- Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible
- Manage office supplies and inventory
Job Requirements:
- Must have a positive attitude and desire to learn new things.
- Good problem-solving skills; attention to detail is a must.
- Must have ability to multi-task.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Schedule:
- 7 hour shift (1hour paid break between 12.00 - 13.00)
- Monday to Friday
